Office of the Executive Director
- The Office of the Executive Director supervises research, studies, and support activities related to public investment projects.

Division of Policy Research
- Public Investment Research Team conducts research on public and private project evaluation and management. It also manages infrastructure databases.
- Global Cooperation Team analyzes international trends in public investment, pursues international cooperation and public relations, and establishes and manages local and international networks.

Division of Public Investment Evaluation
- PFS Team 1 conducts the Preliminary Feasibility Study for large-scale public investment projects related to standardized types of projects, such as those in the transportation sector.
- PFS Team 2 conducts the Preliminary Feasibility Study for large-scale public investment projects related to non-standardized types projects such as those in the construction, informatization, culture, R&D, and other sectors.
- RSF Team conducts the Reassessment Study of Feasibility, the Reassessment of Demand Forecast (RDF), the Reassessment of the Project Plan, and the Assessment of Design Modification for the projects subject to Total Project Cost Management (TPCM).

Division of Public-Private Partnerships
- Project Appraisal Team reviews feasibility studies of government initiated projects and supports and manages VFM (proposal reviews) for projects proposed by the private sector.
- PPP Policy Team conducts, supports, and manages feasibility studies and reviews for PPP projects (BTL). It also reviews the PPP Basic Plan and Request for Proposals.
- PPP Finance Team reviews and negotiates refinancing for PPP projects.

Division of Public Policy Evaluation
- SOE Project Evaluation Team 1 performs public institution investment projects such as electric power projects and overseas projects.
- SOE Project Evaluation Team 2 performs public institution investment projects such as industrial complexes and housing site development projects.
- Tax Expenditure Evaluation Team conducts and supports PFS and in-depth evaluation of special taxation.
